According to UK cooking magazine Olive, Scotch eggs are going to make a comeback in 2011 as the hipster eating person’s snack of choice.
I am so ahead of the trend here. My 30th birthday two years ago (ouch!) at St John’s Tavern in Archway, I had the most delicious, melting, superlative Scotch egg in a vague attempt to mop up the booze.
According to The Man, the pork scratchings at St John’s were also amazing. So amazing they still had hog hair sticking to each fatty morsel. Y.U.C.K
